BBC The One Show Hair Dye Feature
Be Colour Safe - PPD Awareness
The BBC programme The One Show dealt with the issue of PPds in hair dyes last night. PPds are an issue to anyone who wishes to use a permanent hair colour either shop bought or used in a salon. PPds are the permanent hair colour pigments used in hair dye and whilst they are known as an allergen we also know that initial or continued use of colours that contain them may give rise to an allergic reaction. At ColourHerbe we do our best to address the issues surrounding what is in our hair dye and why. To this end we have written extensively about the use of PPds which you can read about further
here in our news section. If you did not have a chance to watch the BBC show you can catch up on their iplayer
